Senior DevOps Developer at Dialogue

Elevate the Dialogue platform as a Senior DevOps Developer, focusing on secure, automated infrastructure solutions. This hybrid role supports millions of members and emphasizes quality and mentorship. As part of Dialogue’s engineering team, you will report directly to the Director of Software Development, Alexandre Rimthong. Your responsibilities will include designing robust platform infrastructures and guiding product teams to enhance efficiency and maintain high-quality code standards. Lead initiatives in monitoring and observability to align infrastructure needs with project goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Design secure, cost-effective infrastructure solutions
- Support mid- and long-term platform vision
- Enhance monitoring and observability capabilities
- Guide effective AI usage in the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product and IT teams for seamless planning
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Kubernetes containerization
- Knowledge of firewalls and intrusion detection
- Managing CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or CircleCI
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
