Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a portfolio of surety and trade credit litigation
• Represent Intact in administrative tribunals and courts
• Provide legal insights to underwriting and claims teams
• Negotiate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Facilitate training on legal standards and practices
Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. licensed in Ontario
• 10+ years of civil litigation experience
• Expertise in securities law and insolvency processes
• Strong leadership skills and commitment to mentorship
• Bilingual in English and French beneficial
