Job Title: Production Worker / General Labourer

Afternoon Premium: +$1.25/hour premium
Shifts Available:
Afternoon 3 pm to 12 am, Monday to Friday (candidates for this shift must have woodwork / carpentry experience)
Afternoon 3 pm to 2 am, Mon to Thurs
Day 6AM to 3 PM, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities
Supporting Production: Assist machine operators and senior staff with daily tasks like production and crating.

Packaging & Shipping: Help load trucks by securing skids with wood blocks, and pack small parts and trim for shipments. You'll also use a nail gun to close product crates.
Operating Machinery: Operate cardboard wrapping machines and other tools, including nail guns and saws, to build and wrap crates.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues to a supervisor.
Maintaining Safety: Follow all safety procedures and keep your workspace clean and organized.

Qualifications
Experience as a General Labourer or in a related manufacturing role is an asset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
