Spinny Cars Ltd. is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant for our in-person dealership team in New Westminster, BC.

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused salesperson who can handle vehicle inquiries, follow up with leads, assist customers through the buying process, and help close vehicle sales in a compliant and respectful manner.

This is a full-time, in-person automotive sales role. Compensation is at $1,000 per retail vehicle sold, with performance bonuses where applicable. Minimum wage top-up applies as required under B.C. Employment Standards. The expected sales target after training is 5–8 vehicles per month, depending on performance, lead handling, customer follow-up, and closing ability. Earnings are not guaranteed and will vary by individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries from online leads, phone calls, walk-ins, and social media
• Follow up with customers in a professional and timely manner
• Understand customer needs, budget, trade-in situation, and financing requirements
• Present available vehicles and explain features, pricing, history, and options clearly
• Schedule appointments and test drives
• Assist customers with credit applications and required documentation
• Work with managers and finance partners to move deals forward
• Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up records
• Help keep vehicles, showroom, and sales areas presentable
• Follow dealership policies, VSA rules, and all applicable sales compliance requirements
• Build long-term customer relationships and ask for referrals and reviews
  

Requirements :

• Full-time availability
• Must be able to work in person at the dealership
• Valid B.C. driver’s licence required
• VSA Salesperson Licence preferred
  

Candidates without a VSA licence may be considered if they are eligible and willing to complete the licensing process.

• Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required for the right candidate
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
• Comfortable using phone, text, CRM/tools, and online lead platforms
• Self-motivated and able to work in a performance-based sales environment

compensation :

Compensation is commission-based at $1,000 per retail vehicle sold, with performance bonuses where applicable. Minimum wage top-up applies as required under B.C. Employment Standards. Pay: $60,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
