Service Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Service Advisor to join our team here at Panda Tire. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer interaction, problem-solving, and service excellence in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, and in-person interactions
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
Create work orders and pre-stage workflow
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Estimate and prioritize customer maintenance and repairs
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Information retention and skills with using computer programs
Enthusiasm for helping customers and a commitment to providing excellent service
Previous experience in a customer service or retail role
Basic automotive knowledge and/or interest in the automotive industry
Able to learn and use various computer programs
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
