Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets for station construction packages.
• Support the Rail Transit Station Construction Manager in monitoring station construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams, including subcontractors and construction professionals, to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Help enforce safety protocols and ensure that all construction activities align with safety regulations.
• Assist in monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, permits, contracts, and change orders.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that station construction meets the specified quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety checks, and quality audits.
• Maintain open communication with senior management, clients, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and address challenges.
• Collaborate with the Station Construction Manager to ensure that station construction stays within budgetary constraints.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with specific experience in station construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and support complex construction projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions and a results-oriented approach.
• Commitment to upholding safety, quality, and ethical standards.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
