DevOps Engineer

Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience in Salesforce metadata deployments
Hands-on experience with Git-based source control
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab)
Understanding of branching strategies (feature, release, hotfix)
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRabit)
Experience managing multi-environment releases (Dev, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod)
Knowledge of sandbox management (creation, refresh, masking)
Experience handling releases, hotfixes, and deployments
Good understanding of Apex, Flows, Profiles vs Permission Sets
Knowledge of Record Types, Page Layouts, and security model
Ability to troubleshoot deployment and dependency issues
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce developer experience
Experience with Unlocked or Managed Packages
Exposure to Salesforce DX
Experience in enterprise or regulated industries
Salesforce certifications (PD1, Admin, DevOps)
