Daytime receptionist/Accounting Clerk - Action Grenier Autogroupe

Action Grenier Autogroupe is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional person to fill a daytime receptionist position within its dynamic team.

Your main responsibilities as a receptionist

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate people or departments;

Greet customers courteously and provide them with the appropriate information;

Process payments for sales and services;

Manage and reconcile the cash register;

File and archive various administrative documents (invoices, receipts, work orders, etc.);

Perform various administrative and accounting support tasks, including data entry and filing.

Your main responsibilities as an accounting clerk 

• Handle the entire accounts payable and accounts receivable process;
• Enter supplier invoices;
• Prepare checks;
• Monitor account statements;
• File documents related to accounts;
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable;
• Send account statements;
• Participate in the month-end process;
• Make payments for guarantees;
• Perform any other related tasks as needed and as requested by management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in customer service or reception (experience at a car dealership is a plus);

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

A neat, professional appearance;

Proficiency with computer software;

Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail in performing tasks.

Working Conditions

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week;

Employment type: full-time;

Salary: 25/hour
