RECEPTIONIST/ACCOUNTING CLERK
Mont-Royal Chevrolet is looking for a dynamic, organized, and professional individual to join its team as a Receptionist/Accounting Clerk.
Working Conditions
- Salary: starting at $22/hour
- Schedule: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Accounting Clerk
- 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Receptionist
- Full-time position
- Professional and dynamic work environment
Main Responsibilities - Accounting Clerk | 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Perform various daily administrative and accounting tasks.
- Enter and verify accounting data.
- Process invoices, accounts payable, and administrative documents.
- File and archive documents.
- Perform account reconciliations and audits as needed.
- Prepare various reports and administrative follow-ups.
- Ensure the accuracy of information entered into systems.
- Collaborate with the accounting team and various departments within the dealership.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as required.
Main Responsibilities - Receptionist | 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Greet customers courteously and professionally.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Take and relay messages.
- Greet visitors and respond to their general inquiries.
- Perform certain administrative tasks related to the reception desk.
- Maintain a professional presence at the dealership’s reception desk.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Provide a positive customer experience that reflects the dealership’s image.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in reception, administration, or accounting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Organizational skills, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience in the automotive industry or at a dealership is a plus.
