Remote Field Service Specialist at Copeland

Enhance customer satisfaction as a Field Service Specialist with Copeland, focusing on HVACR technologies. This remote role involves up to 70% travel across Canada to support service and installations. Copeland is seeking a Field Service Specialist dedicated to our Retail Solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to resolving HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues. Success in this role hinges on establishing rapport with customers and ensuring seamless service delivery across various sites. Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot HVAC mechanical and electrical problems
Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective communication
Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess needs
Promote sale of additional work and recommendations
Assist in system loading and commissioning processes

Requirements:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years with HVAC controls or building automation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capacity to explain complex information to varied audiences
Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
