Remote Email Deliverability Specialist at Customer.io

Join Customer.io as a Remote Email Deliverability Specialist. Help clients optimize email deliverability with technical expertise and best practices for effective communication. In this full-time role, you'll be part of a dedicated team within Technical Support. Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, and Technical Support to resolve complex deliverability issues and enhance customer experience. By advising on email authentication and monitoring sender reputation, you'll drive successful email performance. Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor for deliverability concerns
Audit and monitor sender setups across domains
Collaborate with Engineering on technical deliverability issues
Address compliance and acceptable use policy violations
Equip teams with training and documentation for deliverability

Requirements:

2-4 years of email deliverability experience
Knowledge of email authentication and infrastructure
Proficiency with deliverability monitoring tools
Experience with compliance standards in email
Strong communication skills for client interactions
