Job Summary
Centre Electric & Technology is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join our growing team as Manager of the Security Division . This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding a team of security professionals, driving business development, and ensuring exceptional performance and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in security systems, proven leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for identifying growth opportunities in the security space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Security Division
- Manage and support a team of trained security professionals
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the division
- Oversee sales, business development, and client relationships
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of the division
- Evaluate team and division performance to identify improvements
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts
- Conduct annual performance evaluations
- Resolve internal conflicts and escalate when necessary
- Oversee general responsibilities tied to the Delta Office
Requirements
- 5-7 years of professional experience in security technologies
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven expertise in enterprise-level security systems and regulatory standards
- Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with Sage software is an asset
