Exacare ai BizOps Operations Manager

Become the BizOps Operations Manager at Exacare ai and lead efforts in developing robust operational systems that support our expanding health tech solutions. In your role at Exacare ai, you will focus on optimizing workflows and internal tooling to enhance the efficiency of our BizOps team. Working closely with key stakeholders, your insights will help us adapt and scale operations effectively as we grow. Engage in simplifying complex processes and implementing innovative solutions to drive performance. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current workflows to improve efficiency and capacity
Streamline manual processes through automation and tooling
Partner with product and engineering on solutions for workflows
Analyze operational data to guide performance improvements
Develop and document operational systems and workflows

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or operations
Strong preference for background in high-growth SaaS companies
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area
Proven problem-solving abilities in operational challenges
Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams
