Youth Services Brennan House is a 15-bed facility for youth aged 15-18 with complex mental health issues. Staff at Brennan house develop individualized treatment plans to support or enhance youth with their integration into the community. Youth have barrier free access to mental health clinician and individualized clinically informed care. Staff members support clients to reach personal goals and to have a satisfying and meaningful life in the community. How You Will Make an ImpactIn this role, you will work to make a difference in the lives of Clients living at Youth Services. Services to clients include assessment, planning, crisis prevention and intervention, supportive counselling, education, advocacy, social/recreational programming, life skills teaching i.e. cooking and linkages with other community services.
