What ECAM Brings to You as an Account Executive

• Base Salary 75k + Uncapped Commission + Full Benefits

• The typical hiring range for this position is 70k-75k per year, plus applicable commission based on individual and company performance, and is specific to candidates located in this location. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Aggressively prospect and develop a robust pipeline of new commercial accounts across the Lower Mainland through cold calling, canvassing, digital outreach, networking, and referral development
• Identify and pursue target verticals: construction, commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, property management, strata, and light industrial
• Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments to position ECAM's solutions as the clear choice for intelligent security and risk mitigation
• Present and propose tailored solutions including live video monitoring, mobile surveillance units, AI-driven security technology, and integrated site protection
• Move opportunities efficiently from first contact to signed agreement with discipline and urgency
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, activity logs, and CRM data (Salesforce / Zoho) to support forecasting and team alignment
• Partner with operations, project management, and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets
