Join Our Team!

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing & Office Coordinator to take ownership of our marketing and advertising initiatives while also supporting customer engagement, accounts receivable, and day-to-day office operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building brand awareness, creating engaging content, connecting with customers, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

This position is ideal for a confident, self-motivated individual who is comfortable with social media, eager to learn, and ready to take on real responsibility. The right person will be able to take direction, run with a project, make thoughtful decisions, and check in for input or feedback when needed. We are looking for someone who understands what they know, is willing to learn what they do not, and can keep projects moving forward without constant supervision.

This role will be approximately 75% marketing and advertising , 10% accounts receivable support , and 15% office and administrative support .

What You'll Do

Marketing & Advertising

· Lead and coordinate all marketing and advertising projects

· Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across multiple platforms

· Aid in creating engaging posts, promotions, and marketing campaigns to support business growth

· Identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement

· Assist with website, promotional, and marketing materials as required

Accounts Receivable

· Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payment follow-up

· Monitor customer accounts and ensure adherence to payment terms

· Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain accurate records

· Work with customers to resolve account inquiries and payment issues

· Prepare accounts receivable reports and provide updates to management

Office Support

· Support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions

· Maintain organized records and documentation

· Assist management with special projects and business initiatives

· Provide general administrative support as required

What We're Looking For

· Strong marketing, communication, and organizational skills

· Experience managing social media platforms and creating content

· Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

· Accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections experience is an asset

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common social media platforms

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
