Senior Communications Advisor

We're looking for a strategic, emotionally intelligent Senior Communications Advisor Internal who thrives in complexity and is energized by helping people navigate change during a period of significant organizational transformation.
As Conexus, Cornerstone, and Synergy come together as one provincial credit union, you'll play a key role in helping employees and leaders move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.You'll be at the centre of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, translating fast-moving decisions into meaningful communication, equipping leaders to lead well, and ensuring employees understand what's changing, why it matters, and what comes next. Few communications roles offer the opportunity to influence how employees experience change, understand decisions, and come together as one organization. This role is based at our Head Office in Regina or other Conexus locations across the province; however, remote options, from within Saskatchewan, will be considered in the absence of branch availability. The experience you bring:-7+ years of progressive communications experience, with strongexpertisein internal communications, change communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Post-secondary degree in Communications, Public/Media Relations, Journalism, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proven ability to build and execute communication strategies that support organizational priorities and drive alignment and engagement.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong judgment on message clarity, tone, and audience needs.
- Experience advising leaders, developing communication tools, and supporting leader effectiveness as communicators.
- Strong understanding of communication planning for complex change initiatives and organizational transformation.
- Experience using metrics, feedback, and insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and improve outcomes.
