Automotive Parts Advisor

: This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including shipping and receiving parts and interacting with customers in-store. The role includes stocking duties, selling and delivering parts and accessories, and contributing to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership's parts department. You will also assist the parts sales advisor and managers on an ongoing basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock parts, and handle receiving and shipping.
• Sell products and services to address customer needs.
• Greet and acknowledge all customers to maintain positive relationships.
• Assist in keeping the parts department clean and organized.
• Record all sales and customer transactions.
• Provide service technicians with required parts and status updates.
• Assist with merchandising displays and placing new merchandise.
• Maintain retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed dealership standards and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Parts Manager.
• Verify receiving documents and follow up on shortages, reporting to the Parts Manager.
• Make daily deliveries of parts to body shops and other suppliers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Physical capacity to lift heavy items and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Parts or dealership experience is a bonus, but not required!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.50 per hour
