Job Summary
On Point Landscaping Inc is an established company who has served the Niagara area for 10 years and growing. We specialize in commercial and residential landscapes, tree planting and snowplowing. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take the responsibility for the smooth operation and organization of the office and clerical duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to take the responsibilities for a smooth operation and organization of the office and clerical duties
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy without supervision
- Good time management and organizational skill
- Self motivated with a positive attitude and a good work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Knowledge of plant material an assist
- Good computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and email correspondence
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks online
- Capable of completing A/P and A/R duties
- Reconcile accounts, credit cards monthly vendor statements
- Understanding, preparing and remitting HST, WSIB and CVOR
- General Office duties
- Various task as required
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Office Administrator
