Identity Governance Analyst at Tomlinson

Enhance enterprise access governance as an Identity & Access Governance Analyst with Tomlinson in Ottawa, ON. Collaborate with IT and operational teams to define and automate access processes. In this key position, you will help mature enterprise access governance practices for business applications. The analyst role involves analyzing access models, managing identity lifecycle processes, and collaborating on cybersecurity initiatives. You'll focus on workforce access and business application entitlements while also addressing system and non-human identities. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze access models using RBAC and ABAC approaches
- Develop processes for access requests and approvals
- Automate Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows
- Implement Microsoft Entra Identity Governance capabilities
- Collaborate on governance initiatives with technical teams
- Experience in identity and access management or related fields
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Skills in automation tools like PowerShell and Python
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
