Project Director - Heavy Civil Construction

Location: <\/span><\/b> Vancouver, BC

Base Salary: <\/b> $180,000–$250,000<\/span><\/p>

We are seeking a senior Civil Project Director <\/b> to lead large,
complex public infrastructure and PPP (P3) civil projects <\/b> in the
Vancouver market. This executive -level role is responsible for overseeing
delivery of major government -funded and alternative -delivery projects with
significant stakeholder, commercial, and regulatory complexity. <\/span>
<\/p>

This position is ideal for a civil construction leader with deep
experience navigating public owners, concession partners, and long -term
infrastructure programs. <\/span>

What You’ll Do <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Provide executive oversight of PPP
  (P3) and public -sector civil infrastructure projects <\/b> from pursuit
  through delivery <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Lead integrated project teams
  including operations, design partners, and concession stakeholders <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Drive project governance, risk
  management, and commercial strategy under alternative delivery models <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain accountability for cost,
  schedule, safety, quality, and contractual performance <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Serve as senior point of contact
  for public owners, government agencies, lenders, and private partners <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support pursuits, RFQs, RFPs, and
  bid strategy for future PPP and public infrastructure work <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with
  regulatory, environmental, and contractual obligations <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Mentor senior project leaders and
  build long -term leadership capacity <\/span>

  • 15+ years of civil construction
    experience <\/span><\/b> , including senior leadership on major infrastructure programs <\/span><\/b>

  • Proven delivery of PPP (P3),
    design -build, and public -sector civil projects <\/b><\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Strong background working with municipal,
    provincial, and federal owners <\/b><\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Demonstrated expertise in
    commercial management, risk allocation, and contract administration <\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Experience coordinating with
    concessionaires, designers, lenders, and regulatory bodies <\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Strong financial acumen with
    oversight of large, complex project budgets <\/span><\/b>
    <\/li>
