Affirm Collections & Recoveries Strategy Lead
Affirm
Drive strategy as a Collections & Recoveries Analyst with Affirm while working remotely in Canada. Leverage your expertise to lead initiatives that optimize recovery and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. In this role on the Risk & Analytics team, you will own collections and recoveries strategies, focusing on digital and outbound channels as well as third-party agency placements. Candidates with 5-7 years of experience in analytics and a strong foundation in consumer credit will excel in managing performance metrics and improving recovery outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in establishing actionable insights and quantifiable initiatives that align with Affirm's business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of collections and recoveries
- Set strategies for optimizing collections communication channels
- Analyze recovery rates and develop performance analytics
- Own the roadmap for collections initiative design
- Collaborate across markets for leverage and insights
- 5-7+ years in analytics for credit risk or collections
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL or Python
- Knowledge of Canadian consumer protection laws
- Strong cross-functional communication capabilities
- Passion for analytical insight generation and implementation
