Health and Beauty Department Manager

Lead the Health and Beauty department at Real Canadian Superstore, making a difference through community engagement and excellent service. Drive sales, develop your team, and uphold operational standards in this exciting retail role. As a Health and Beauty Department Manager, you will oversee daily operations while ensuring your department achieves sales and profitability targets. Your key focus will be training associates in customer service and product knowledge, along with maintaining appropriate merchandise display and pricing. This position also involves regular communication with store management to meet store-wide goals and managing departmental expenses effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily department operations and sales goals
- Train and develop associates in customer service skills
- Ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed properly
- Monitor inventory levels for timely replenishment
- Lead and motivate team members to enhance engagement
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Retail management experience in a departmental setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours
