TITLE: Data Entry Clerk- NOC 14111
REPORTS TO: Vice-President, Finance
STATUS: Permanent, Full - Time - 40 hours a week; Monday - Friday schedule.
RATE: 29.18 per hour to $34.14 per hour.
START DATE: ASAP

Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of experience.
- Spanish speaking ability considered a strong asset.
Job-Specific Duties:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for supporting the Account Department in the data entry for all financial processing as follows:
- All filing of documents and financial records
- Coding and data entry of AP invoices
- Pulling all invoices to be paid and getting approval by the VP of Finance, COO, or CFO for payment
- Generating weekly cheque runs
- Processing monthly cheque run
- Data entry for AR invoices
- Data entry of client payments
- Supports payroll process with data entry
- Data entry of month-end journal entries
- Maintain spreadsheets for VISA and wire payments
- Work with other departments to ensure that information is accurate
- Assist AP/AR Clerk by responding to vendors and customers inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Any other duties as assigned by Management.
