Today, we are one of Canada’s largest industrial and residential developers, having completed more than 35 million square feet of new development across BC, Alberta, southern Ontario, and Las Vegas, Nevada. With multiple industrial projects currently under construction and 9 projects totaling over 1.5M SF currently in development across the GTA, Beedie is looking for talented individuals to join our growing Ontario team as we continue to be built for good .
Position Overview
Join Beedie Industrial’s fast-paced development division in our Toronto office as a Marketing Manager, Industrial. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Senior Director, Industrial Marketing, and collaborate with the broader Industrial Sales and Marketing teams to drive sales and marketing efforts across all industrial projects in our active Ontario markets.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on marketing leader who thrives in a dynamic, high‑impact environment. You will own project marketing execution throughout the sales and leasing cycles, manage targeted industrial marketing and communications initiatives, oversee budgets, and lead day‑to‑day marketing operations. The position offers direct exposure to major transactions, new developments, joint‑venture partnerships, and a wide range of marketing applications.
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Beedie, including internal teams, partners, brokers, consultants, vendors, and external design and marketing agencies. Most importantly, you will ensure that all marketing initiatives align with Beedie’s business objectives, brand standards, and core values.
