• Create and enforce comprehensive document control guidelines
• Develop and maintain document management tools and processes
• Act as the key point of contact for document-related queries
• Foster best practices in document workflows and improvements
• Implement and manage systems for document review and standards compliance

• Minimum 10 years of document control expertise in construction
• At least 5 years in a managerial capacity on complex projects
• Background in Civil Engineering or Business Administration preferred
• Familiarity with document control software and EDMS essential
• Proven skill set in mentoring and training team members
