Job Description

Solution Design & Architecture

• Review business requirements and convert them into technical designs.
• Identify risks dependencies and optimization opportunities.
• Design and optimize Salesforce and nCino data models.
• Lead data migration and data quality initiatives.

Salesforce & nCino Development

• Develop and configure solutions on Salesforce and nCino platforms.
• Build custom solutions using:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Visualforce
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Platform Events
• Configure and extend nCino modules:
  • Loan Origination
  • Commercial Lending
  • Customer Engagement
  • Document Management
• Develop reusable scalable and maintainable components.
• Create and support:
  • Apex Classes
  • Triggers
  • Batch Apex
  • Queueable Jobs
  • Integrations

Integration Development

• Design and implement integrations using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP Web Services
  • Platform Events
  • Middleware (Azure Integration Services MuleSoft Boomi Workato)
• Develop inbound and outbound Salesforce integrations.
• Create source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
• Support event-driven and batch processing patterns.
• Troubleshoot API integration and data consistency issues.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2 years of hands-on nCino implementation/customization experience.
• Banking commercial lending loan origination or financial services background.
• Experience delivering enterprise integration solutions.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80000 - 90000/per annum.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national state provincial and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini in good faith believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
