Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Ricoh, Toshiba, and other office equipment, including multifunction copiers and printers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and network-related issues.
• Configure network printing, scanning, and basic network connectivity.
• Respond promptly to customer service calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Complete service reports accurately and maintain service documentation.
• Maintain parts inventory assigned to your service vehicle.
• Participate in manufacturer training and ongoing technical development.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and administration teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience repairing copiers, printers, office equipment, or other electromechanical equipment is an asset but not required .
• We are willing to train the right candidate who has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a desire to build a career in the office technology industry.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking, Windows operating systems, and print connectivity is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing a daily service schedule.
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move office equipment, parts, and supplies, including items weighing 75 lbs or more , with assistance or appropriate equipment when required.

Compensation & Career Development

Starting at $20.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
