- Planifier des programmes de réadaptation avec les détenus
- Référer les délinquants aux programmes des services communautaires et sociaux
- Évaluer les forces et les faiblesses ainsi que les besoins de développement des clients
- Évaluer le progrès des détenus
- Tenir des statistiques dans le cadre de programmes à des fins d'évaluation et de recherche
