We are seeking proactive and motivated individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and enjoy the flexibility of managing their own schedule. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will engage in field sales activities, including door-to-door sales and appointment setting with potential clients. This position offers commission-based compensation, providing unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.

What you will do:

• Conduct door-to-door sales to introduce our products/services to residential and business customers.
• Present effectively our services in a friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments with leads generated through various channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• At least one (1) year of working experience in sales.
• Proven experience in outbound sales or direct sales roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Strong desire and ability to learn
• Responsible & reliable.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Confident, outgoing, approachable, energetic & possess a positive attitude.
