Partner Success Manager at Kinaxis

Kinaxis Inc.

Elevate your career as a Partner Success Manager with Kinaxis in India. Drive partner relationships and business operations to empower success around Kinaxis solutions. This role focuses on providing hands-on orchestration for Kinaxis value-added reseller partners. You will work with diverse teams to enhance partner enablement, pipeline management, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Your expertise in partner management and execution will be crucial for identifying risks and unlocking growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Develop training and certification programs for partners
Assess partners' capabilities and create remediation plans
Ensure effective positioning and qualification of Kinaxis solutions
Drive adoption of tools, processes, and new solutions
Manage partner operations, governance, and action tracking

Requirements:

5+ years in partner management or channel sales
Experience with VARs and indirect market models
Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Preferred: Experience in supply chain planning or SaaS
