Bilingual Customer Support Representative
MCI
Elevate your career with MCI as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, providing exceptional service in both English and French. This remote position allows you to connect with customers from anywhere in Canada. MCI seeks driven candidates who are fluent in both English and French for its supportive customer service team. You will manage customer interactions, helping with billing and general inquiries, while ensuring records are meticulously maintained. Achieving performance goals is key, and your contributions will enhance overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in both languages
- Assist with customer billing and account adjustments
- Accurately record customer interactions and issues
- Forward complex problems to the relevant department
- Strive to meet daily and monthly performance goals
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is a must
- GED or high school diploma required
- Proficient interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in bilingual customer support is preferred
