Senior ERP Project Manager

Lead complex Microsoft delivery engagements remotely with ERP implementation expertise, project controls, and disciplined financial management for Canadian-based work authorization.

Hitachi Solutions seeks an experienced consulting Senior Project Manager to stabilize delivery and guide client outcomes. You will coordinate delivery, architecture, functional, technical, offshore, PMO, and client teams. The work requires transparent governance, scope control, forecasting, commercial judgment, and measurable execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery for large, complex client projects
Control scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies
Manage $10M+ budgets, forecasts, variances, and margin protection
Lead change orders, governance, status reporting, and decisions
Coach teams, resolve conflicts, and address execution gaps

Requirements:

10+ years of professional services project management experience
5–10 years of ERP implementation experience
5 years of consultancy implementation partner experience
Experience implementing ERP, CRM, Dynamics 365, or cloud solutions
Ability to lead 20+ consultants across multiple time zones
