Account Manager for Client Success at YuJa

YuJa

Toronto, ON

Join YuJa, Inc. as an Account Manager specializing in client success and growth in North York, Ontario. Build strong relationships with enterprise clients while driving retention and revenue growth through expert support and upselling. YuJa Inc. seeks a proactive Account Manager for its Client Success team. This full-time role requires 1-3 years in client support, focusing on relationship-building and sales skills. You will facilitate tailored training, renew agreements, and maximize client engagement with our SaaS products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships through tailored onboarding and training
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage agreements
  • Upsell enhancements and additional services
  • Provide accurate pricing for upgrades and services
  • Monitor accounts for trends, risks, and opportunities
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years in client support or sales experience
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with emotional intelligence
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Ability to engage with senior-level professionals
