Assistant Rooms Director at Fairmont Banff

Elevate luxury hospitality at Fairmont Banff Springs as the Assistant Director of Rooms. Lead the Rooms Division with a focus on exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations. In this leadership role, you will partner with the Director of Rooms to oversee Front Office, Fairmont Gold, and VIP service teams. Your mission is to uphold the highest standards of luxury service and cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence among all team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Front Office and service excellence operations
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance luxury offerings
- Mentor colleagues and promote growth opportunities
- Manage feedback systems to elevate guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams on service integration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Rooms Division
- Proven leadership in luxury service environments
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of guest services and operations
- Motivated and adept at managing high-pressure situations
