Remote Account Manager at AutoAlert Canada

PureCars

Drive client success as a Remote Account Manager with AutoAlert Driven by PureCars, serving the automotive industry across Canada. Enhance dealership relationships and ensure effective platform usage for client retention and growth. The Remote Account Manager role requires proactive engagement with clients to enhance their understanding of AutoAlert's platform. You will work closely with dealership stakeholders to build strong relationships, analyze metrics, and promote effective usage of solutions. This is a consultative position that emphasizes customer service and strategic growth, expecting travel of up to 75% for in-store presence. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for assigned dealerships
Build relationships with dealership key stakeholders
Monitor and report dealership metrics and ROI
Consult with client leadership to strategize solutions
Hold trainings to boost client platform utilization

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Over 5 years in automotive experience
Proven customer service/support background
Strong proficiency in software applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
