Quality Supervisor at CenterLine
CenterLine (Windsor) Limited
Elevate quality standards as a Quality Supervisor at CenterLine in Windsor, Ontario. Lead daily oversight of quality control activities and mentor a dedicated Quality Control team. CenterLine (Windsor), Limited is seeking a Quality Supervisor to support quality initiatives across the CL655 and CL6290 facilities. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective leadership. You will work closely with manufacturing to uphold product quality and document statistical analyses. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day quality control operations
- Mentor and develop Quality Control team members
- Ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Lead the Corrective Action Request process
- Coordinate containment of non-conforming materials
- Bachelor’s degree or leadership experience in Quality
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures
- Experience with inspection processes and documentation
- Strong mentorship and training skills
- Solid organizational and leadership abilities
