Overview
Lead HR initiatives and optimize employee relations as the Regional Director of Human Resources for Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in Eastern Canada. Drive strategic direction and ensure effective HR practices across multiple locations. In this senior HR leadership role, you will report to the Vice President of HR Business Advisory.
With over 10 years of progressive HR experience, especially in unionized environments, your focus will include workforce planning, talent management, and compliance. You will collaborate with Operations leadership to align people strategies with business objectives while enhancing the HR team's performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR leadership across Eastern Canada
- Advise on workforce planning and employee relations
- Coach and develop the regional HR team
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience
- Solid knowledge of labour relations and compliance
- Proven strategic and practical execution skills
- Bilingualism is an asset
