Senior Manager, Finance

What- the Role:

Reporting into an experienced VP, Finance, the Senior Manager, Finance will be a key member of the leadership team, overseeing global finance operations across accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance functions. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring financial accuracy, driving operational improvements, and supporting strategic decision-making across a growing multinational organization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical finance leader with experience managing complex accounting environments and partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple entities and locations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, enhance financial processes and systems, and play a key role in supporting the company’s continued global growth.

Key Responsibilities include:
Financial Leadership & Reporting

• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, audits, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, ERP systems, reporting tools, and automation.
• Provide financial insights, forecasting, and strategic support to executive leadership.

Treasury & Tax

• Partner with external advisors on global tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support financing activities, insurance renewals, and working capital optimization.

Operational & Strategic Finance

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability, cost visibility, and operational performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives including growth and expansion projects.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable processes to support ongoing global growth.

Who- the Candidate:

• CPA designation required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with global accounting, consolidations, and multi-entity/multi-currency environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and operational finance.
• Experience with ERP systems, process improvements, and financial modeling.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

How Much:

The base salary depends on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience- $85,000 to $130,000 plus bonus, benefits, paid time off, etc. Please discuss your total compensation expectations in more detail with SWIM.
