Mother’s Helper / Family Helper — Oakville

We’re a warm, loving family in Oakville with a 2-year-old daughter and a newborn son, looking for a kind, dependable mother’s helper to join us during the newborn stage and hopefully become a trusted part of our family. Mom will be home and actively involved with both children. We’re looking for an extra pair of hands to help make life with two young children more manageable. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., with the possibility of additional hours until 3–4 p.m. for the right candidate, particularly for meal preparation and household help. What you’ll be doing:

• Playing with and caring for our 2-year-old while Mom feeds and tends to the newborn
• Joining us on outings with both children, including parks, libraries, activities, etc.
• Reading, crafts, music, outdoor play and other age-appropriate activities with our daughter
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks for our toddler
• Helping with family meal preparation, including dinner when time permits
• Light tidying, dishes, laundry and cleaning to help keep the household running smoothly
• Helping with our daughter’s normal daily routine

A major bonus: Someone who enjoys cooking and can prepare healthy, family-friendly meals and snacks. We would be happy to offer additional hours during our daughter’s nap for cooking, meal prep and household help. (Full-Time, Part-Time, Live-Out) For morning (nanny-attendant)
