Quality Assurance Engineer Marketplace

Build reliable Marketplace experiences at BCAA through test automation, API validation, and quality engineering across web and mobile applications.As a Quality Assurance Engineer on BCAA’s Marketplace team, you will test Auto and Task Marketplace platforms. You will work with developers, product teams, operations, and technology partners across an integrated SaaS environment. The role covers automated testing, manual testing, integrations, releases, and defect prevention throughout the software development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive strategies from requirements, stories, specifications, and acceptance criteriaDesign and execute functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end automationTest web, mobile, API, SaaS, and third-party integrationsSupport releases through smoke, regression, deployment, and post-release testingInvestigate defects, production incidents, root causes, and corrective actionsRequirements:
Four-plus years in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Quality EngineeringOne to two years developing automated scripts and frameworksExperience testing web, mobile, API, and SaaS applicationsAgile software development and software development lifecycle experienceStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on root causesApply quality engineering, automation, and troubleshooting expertise to strengthen BCAA Marketplace platforms and customer experiences.
