Requirements:
Are you a trained Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist, or in the process of completing your Apprenticeship? We're seeking individuals with:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
- Adaptability to a Fast-paced Environment
- In-depth Industry Knowledge and Trend Awareness
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Flexibility for Shift Work
As a Lead Barber at Tommy Gun’s, your responsibilities include:
- Welcome customers and Identifying Preferences based on thorough consultations
- Providing Expert Recommendations Based on Face Shapes and Tastes
- Demonstrating High-Quality Technical Skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
- Building Lasting Relationships with Loyal Customers
- Maintaining Grooming Stations and Sterilizing Tools
- Maximizing Retail Opportunities through effective Chair Education
