Senior Sales Consultant - Inside Sales

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated sales professional to work with qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products. This is a high-opportunity role focused on helping customers make confident buying decisions while maximizing conversion of warm, company-generated leads.

The Role
- Conduct consultative follow-up conversations with interested homeowners.
- Understand customer needs, address concerns, and answer outstanding questions.
- Confidently handle objections with professionalism and integrity.
- Present financing and promotional options when appropriate.
- Guide customers through the decision-making process and close sales.
- Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

- Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience discussing financing options is considered an asset.
Schedule and Compensation
- Permanent full-time position.
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus opportunities.
