Retail Operations Assistant Team Leader

Dollarama

Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the management team in daily retail store operations, ensuring customer service excellence and a well-organized store environment. Proven ability to lead, multi-task, and communicate effectively is essential.

You will help supervise staff, assist with hiring, and participate in performance management while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting in Ottawa, Ontario.
