Client Engagement Associate

Facilitate exceptional client interactions as a Client Engagement Associate. Ensure smooth banking processes while fostering customer needs with precision and attention to detail. In this role, you will actively engage with customers to ascertain their banking needs and facilitate appropriate solutions. You'll handle transactions, respond to inquiries, and promote banking offerings, all while maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment. Your efforts will contribute to achieving overall business goals and cultivating team effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments continuously
- Identify customer needs and provide fitting recommendations
- Address inquiries while escalating matters when necessary
- Promote banking solutions to fulfill assigned targets
- Foster team collaboration to nurture a positive workspace
- High School diploma and 1+ years relevant experience
- Effective organizational and planning abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in various contexts
- Ability to maintain focus amid changing priorities
