- Mentor junior staff and foster knowledge sharing
- Degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus
- 15+ years in dam safety profession
- Registered professional engineer with EGBC
- Proven experience in dam safety reviews
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages a plus
