Construction Project Coordination Specialist

Coordinate construction projects through scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and team communication while supporting project teams from initiation through closeout.

Reporting to the VP Construction, this coordinator provides operational, administrative, and financial support across active projects. The work includes contractor follow-ups, meeting coordination, Yardi administration, invoice review, and budget tracking. It also requires careful handling of plans, technical documents, and workplace accident information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up daily on active construction projects
• Monitor timelines with contractors and internal teams
• Coordinate project and site meetings; draft minutes
• Maintain dashboards and prepare task lists
• Track budgets, invoices, bids, and comparative tables

Requirements:

• College diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Two to four years' coordination experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Word
• Yardi experience is highly desirable
• Fluent English; French knowledge or fluency as needed
