WSP Senior Engineer - Municipal Infrastructure

Join WSP as a Senior Project Engineer in Sudbury, ON, to shape the future of municipal infrastructure. Your leadership in land development will help deliver impactful projects across Northern Ontario.
As a Senior Engineer, you will be at the forefront of land development projects that support growing communities in Sudbury. This role requires strong technical skills, strategic client engagement, and the ability to manage project lifecycle to foster success. Lead teams while contributing to WSP's growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver municipal infrastructure projects
• Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with municipal and regulatory standards
• Mentor emerging engineers within the team
Requirements:
• 10-15+ years in relevant engineering projects
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Background in business development and client interactions
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and travel flexibility
