Senior Cutover Manager at OPG

Lead SAP cutover strategies with Ontario Power Generation as a Senior Cutover Manager in Oshawa, ON. Drive planning and execution for a successful SAP S/4HANA implementation focused on Finance. In this pivotal role, you will manage end-to-end cutover activities for a large-scale ERP project. Bring your expertise in SAP Finance processes and cutover management to build an integrated strategy. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and data migration. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan Finance cutover activities including GL and AR/AP handling
- Coordinate mock conversions with data migration lead
- Manage legacy system interface cutover planning
- Execute cutover rehearsals for resource validation
- Maintain stakeholder communication across functional teams
- 4-year degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with large-scale ERP SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Knowledge of SAP Finance processes and cutover strategies
- Strong data migration coordination experience
- Proven leadership in stakeholder management
