We are currently partnering with one of our clients, a fast-growing international company that offers a collaborative, dynamic work environment focused on continuous improvement. The position is based on the Island of Montreal.
Develop and maintain supply and production plans based on demand forecasts and business requirements.
Communicate product and component requirements with suppliers.
Monitor international suppliers to ensure production and delivery schedules are met.
Plan raw material and component requirements while considering production capacity and inventory levels.
Analyze planning data and recommend actions to optimize inventory levels and product availability.
Collaborate with Production, Logistics and Transportation teams to ensure manufacturing and delivery schedules are achieved.
Support new product launches by integrating new SKUs into the planning process.
Maintain planning parameters within the ERP system and contribute to process improvements, including MRP implementation and automation initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning or Supply Chain.
Experience working with international suppliers, ideally across Asia and/or Europe.
Good understanding of manufacturing environments, Bills of Materials (BOM) and production planning.
Knowledge of MRP concepts and experience working with an ERP system.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
Bilingual in English and French.

What's Offered
Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
5% annual bonus.
